We all have bad days, right? Well, these days can be caused by many different things such as: annoying family members and friends, boys, low self esteem, hormones, work, or school. Honestly the list could go on and on. Today though, I'm going to share with you my way to cope with bad days caused by stress. I have had numerous days ruined by stress lately... the most recent you may ask? Yesterday. Now I'm not saying I'm a professional (trust me, I'm definitely not), and I'm not saying these techniques are going to help everyone. I'm simply giving you my tips on how to survive an exhaustingly stressful day.

Make a list of all the things that are stressing you and come up with a plan to deal with them. Because everyday is filled with crap.

Make yourself your favorite dessert, and do not, I repeat, do not share with anyone. Because you deserve to eat your feelings.
(My Preference: Chocolate Chip Cookies. Ingredients can be found at your local super market... or if your prepared for these situations like me, in your kitchen.)

Take a hot shower with things that smell good. Because somehow showers magically wash away the bad things. Like germs. Or stress.

Listen to quiet, relaxing music. Because music is therapeutic, right?
(My Preference: Ray Lamontagne. His music is very soothing and he has a great beard.)

Do something to get your mind off of the stress. Because you deserve to forget about your crappy day, even if it is just for a moment.
(My Preference: Watching my favorite YouTubers. Not only are they freaking adorable, they are also hilarious. Thanks to them I can forget about my day, and get caught up in their British world.)
