Haul: Sephora & Essie

Hello, Lovelies!
This week, Sephora is having a little give-a-way with any purchase over $25, and I just couldn't help myself. There are 4 options to choose from and you get a travel bag with 10 trial items. It's kind of like a little kick-off for Christmas thing, and I just had to give in. To get to $25 though, I had to buy something and seeing that I needed some new eye shadow I picked up a new palette. I also recently got two new Essie nail polishes and those are down below. I haven't tried any of these items but I will do a follow-up post on my reviews of the items and/or if I decide to purchase the real thing. Hope you enjoy! :)

Falling in Love All Over Again

     Hello Lovelies!
I went through a stage a few years ago along with Hailey and Kayla where we literally fell in love with the iconic band, The Beatles. To us The Beatles were everything. Their amazing music was the only thing we listened to, we bought both of their movies, bought all of their albums (starting with Please, Please Me and ending with Past Masters), hung posters, played The Beatles Trivial Pursuit, played The Beatles Rock Band, and spent countless hours fantasizing over what it would have been like to live through Beatle Mania. Needless to say, we were OBSESSED! This phase lasted for well over a year, and ended when we discovered that there were actually some decent current-day music and other boys to fan girl over that were still alive, or under 60 years old. Soon we discovered Coldplay and The Killers and The Beatles had lost our attention...briefly. Now I am happy to say that The Fab Four have made a comeback in my life. I would like to share some of my favorites that have made a reappearance on my Top Played list on iTunes with you.
Enjoy!

October Favorites

Hello Lovelies!
Since October is over (where did it go?!?), and November is here, I decided now would be a good time to post about my favorite things I discovered last month.

1. Oxblood Nail Polish
(My preference: Revlon's "Vixen", number 570)

2. DailyGrace
(She could easily be the funniest girl on the internet. I highly recommend you check out her channel on YouTube. She always manages to brighten my day. *ding*)

3. Late Night with Jimmy Fallon
(He is my favorite comedian, and once I discovered Esquire plays re-runs at 7:00pm, I got so happy. I have been watching him every night now.)

4. Thrift Shop Sweaters
(My preference: These! I got them at my local thrift store for $4.00 a piece. And these ones are Eddie Bauer and Tommy Hilfiger.)

5. Zara Leather Loafers
(I posted about these a couple months ago on my haul post. These have been by far the best pair of shoes I have ever bought. They are SO comfortable and cute. Outstanding job, Zara!)

6. French Music
(It's foreign. Which automatically makes it cool. My preference: La Noyee by Serge Gainsbourg)

7. John Lennon
(I have always loved John Lennon. But I recently purchased Imagine, and fell in love all over again.)

8. Nike Frees
(I've been wearing them frequently lately. They are the best tennis shoe ever because they are supportive like a chunky running shoe, but cute!)

9. New Girl
(By far one of the funniest shows I've seen in a long time. The characters are relatable and all add something different to the show as a whole. If you're looking for a laugh I recommend watching.)

xoxo,
Kayla
